Here is another random song on what I will call New Music Friday (please note that new is relative word at this point because these songs had been released last year but they are getting to us this week).
I want to say many things about Chiwawa but I will reserve my comments. For what its worth this is an interesting song, its got a little bit of everything, from a far I can hear some Kwaito, some Genge, some Zouk and some Kapuka or Genge – Its an interesting production and a good attempt at trying something different.
I will let you guys decide for yourselves what you think about the song.

best kabisa……..
the beat on this track is so sick it aint even funny. its like that track called touch it by busta rhymes but africanised by chiwawa. i appreciate this track because he dared do something bold and different and i can respect that. the downside for this song to me is that its kind of flat there is no lows or highs its just a flat song and i dont think it was suitable for the way chiwawa raps/flows. but i like the song and its on my ipod right now.
Nah, this a miss, did too many things. I woulda been interested on how they used lady smith sample by itself though.
WACHA KUIBA BEATS ZA AKATA RAPPERS,AM SURE U COULD BE BETTER BY BEING ORIGINAL
I cant hear any zouk or kapuka as the admin claimed he could hear in this track. All I can say is that this was a “risky” track. Lovin the effort but that’s where it ends…an effort.
Love this song! Waht beats has he stolen please be speccific this is the best song i have heard on kenyan radio this year and last year. we are finally growing. KGeneg and kapuka are getting old so get with the proggie!
Ctreative art at its best. It does it for me…what follows after the creative process will be such a hot song and then thats when te normal mwanainchi starts noticing talent, but the roots of what is about to come, what u think u heard aint it yet…tega skio…Nas in the making…pamoja.
the lyrics are on point as usual, wouldnt expect less from chiwawa………..the lady mambazo hapo the chorus is easy…………..but the rest……wololo……..crisis……..but its a fresh song if you force yourself to overlook the many shortcomings……..nice one………..
