Am going to post this song real quick because it’s been on the request lines for a few months now. We published a faceoff challenge between Mejja – Niko poa and Mad Traxx – Poa a while back. However I didnt realize that we didn’t have any download options for the two songs. So people have been riveted about that for months.
So here goes –

Mejja tries to actually recite an intelligent story about how he started out with Clemmo in verse one. This is a great effort away from the tired “Mikono Juu” lines we’re so used to. Clemmo himself is bringing out nice musicality more and more in his recent tracks. Word is that nowadays, he makes the beat and solicits the help one or two live instrumentalists for the chord-work and melodies. Pretty much what Dr.Dre has been doing for a long time. But that’s ok, the sound has remained “Calif” Damu and who cares anyway, He’s still responsible for every piece of music that comes out of that flat.
On a personal note, Mejja has that one quality that jua cali has and that’s Humility. It’s a non-musical quality that has kept the King of Genge at the top because he’s definitely not the best MC we have in Kenya. But, it’s the thing in a person that allows him to be patient, teachable and persevering. Ryan Giggs has it{According to Sir Alex}, Jua Cali has it{According to everybody} Mejja has it {According to me}
