STL recently jumped on Wretch 32′s Pop track that for a remix track. As many of you know, Wretch 32 was recently named the Best International Act during last year’s BET Awards and he’s on his way to bigger things. We’ve talked and gave enough compliments on what STL brings to the table and what she has to offer. This year, we’ll do things differently and talk more about what artists should start doing to get to the next tier.
My own personal opinion is that STL has everything it takes to be Africa’s next superstars in Africa. One thing that people don’t know is that STL can spit crazy rhymes and flows and that she came up as a female MC. I’ve hanged out with her both on a social level and a business level and she’s a people person with a very great heart.
My own personal opinion is that what Stella is missing out is on people accessing her music. Think about it. How many records does she have out there and how any people can say they own a complete STL album or mixtape. In a nutshell she should consider giving out her free music in a “mixtape” format as a way of making her music accessible. She has the catalog and body of work. She just needs to make it accessible for the masses.
