We have featured Ugandan Radio and Weasel on the site before and this is one of the many additions. Check out the first post we had about their hit track Zuena. Here is an excerpt from Leo when he posted the Zuena song. “I am almost compelled to say that Mozey and Weasle are going to give P-Square some true competition – Coz lets face it these cats can sing no matter how you look at it. I am really feeling this dancehall – reggae – upbeat patois (Uganda – or Luganda) uptake on music”.
Radio and Weasel are the “Gucci Manes ” of Ugandan music. It seems they are on everybody’s track. I also get new songs from them every other week and their music portfolio is just too huge to mention. I said before that they are the “group” in East Africa that will be ruling dance floors in a crazy way in 2010. I’m sure once promoters catch on to their music catalog, they will be the group that will be packing arenas and selling out shows across the continent.
Most people have probably jammed to their songs but maybe did not know who they were. Just think about “Nakudata” and “Bread and Butter”.
On this hit track “Kuku”, they show their vocal skills on this dancefloor banger.
