We’ve been getting a couple of record from Bamboo, The African Bantu and he’s definitely On the grind.
Everybody knows Bamboo can make great records and that he’s a beat on the mic. I think he just needs to package his products better by giving his fans, listeners and everyone out here his vast catalog in an album or free download. People out there need to hear some of what he’s been cooking in the kitchen..
You might be the best cook in the world, but if you don’t go out there, give and let people try people some of your samples, nobody will ever know what you can offer.
On “Kenya Feel it” he jumps on a sampled beat of Phil Collins’s “In the Air Tonight and Seals & Crofts’s “Sweet Green Fields” which was made popular by “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See” by Busta Rhymes for a great mixtape record.
