This is new audio and video from Meryl Paige with ‘Hera”. The record is the debut single off of an all-female album to be released in March 2020. The project is produced entirely by Waithaka Ent. The mixing and mastering of Hera was handled by Giggz of 4reigner music, with recording and production handled by Waithaka who is the brains behind the banging album from whence this magic came.
In Greek mythology, Hera is known as the sister-wife of Zeus, one of the twelve Olympians and the queen of the gods. She presides over married women and blesses marital unions, and is known for meting out unmitigated gall on anyone caught in her husband Zeus’ philandering ways. It is said that this goddess of love and unions, was among the first Greek deities to have a roofed temple dedicated to her.
Coincidentally, Hera also happens to be the Dholuo name for love.

Having so far released her first single “Regrets”, followed by “When It’s Cold (Dear X)”, and her collaborative song with vocalist Josh of famous Kenyan duo Amos and Josh, Meryl is currently in the studio preparing her debut album featuring songs such as “Nawe”, “My Love Belongs To You”, “How You Make Me”, “Next To You” and many more, not forgetting the collaborative project with other amazing and talented artists and producers known to Kenya and the world at large.
